Biography
Jesse Elliott received a PhD in Mathematics in 2003 from the University of California, Berkeley. He received a BS in Mathematics in 1995 from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His area of research is in commutative algebra, number theory, and the foundations and philosophy of mathematics. His hobbies include writing, reading, traveling, playing classical piano, listening to music, experiencing nature, and meditation. He is originally from Springfield, Massachusetts.
