Biography
I earned my PhD in Nursing Science from the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada. My doctoral research focused on the international development of public health nursing education following WWI and the 1918 influenza pandemic. This research included examining the role of global philanthropic organizations in supporting nursing education.
