Biography
Dr. Roberto Bueno is an alumnus of CSUCI that received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Before coming to CSUCI he worked as an Organizational Development Consultant. His research examines factors involving the big five personality traits, organizational culture, employee engagement, satisfaction with life, and religious studies.
He teaches Research Methods & Statistics, Organizational Psychology courses, and enjoys supervising students in independent research. He aims to continue to contribute to the psychological literature and invest his time and energy to help students grow professionally and academically.
