My academic background in US social and intellectual history and professional experiences at cultural institutions like the Library of Congress, Art Institute of Chicago, and Chicago Historical Society allow me a unique perspective on issues associated with access to information. As the Outreach and Public Services Librarian at Channel Islands, I will see to it that our collections are available to and used by our key constituencies and I will work to identify friends and partners in and outside the university community to aid us in our efforts to support student and faculty research.
